Got my taxes done correctly in 15 minutes.. Can't beat that!
What's great about it: Simple, easy, only took 15 minutes!
What's not so great: None - so easy!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Really wonderful program. I've used this for many years without any problems. simple, user friendly and QUICK!
What's great about it: Walked me through the process step by step
What's not so great: State residency when 1 of the party moved from a country and the other is a resident of the state

EZ - 2013 information was transferred; W-2 information was downloaded; returns for federal and state were prepared, e-filed and refunds direct deposited within an hour. Almost too good to be true!
