My experience of filing taxes at home is very rewarding.
What's great about it: Very well organized
What's not so great: State Filing of Taxes are free - This should be incorporated in the product

Seemed to go fairly smooth. Last year didn't get state refund until October. No support after taxes filed for any obsticles, (ie: ssn theft).
What's great about it: Quickly fill in info.
What's not so great: Having to go back and change 0.00 to leave blank.

Easy Peezy Filing

This was my first year filing solo and I was extremely nervous about how complicated it could have been. But thanks to this awesome software it was a breeze and stress free.
P.s Also love the fact you offer Audit Protection!

What's great about it: it was all broken down step by step and further detail for certain topics was excellent!
What's not so great: The bank fees at the end for e-file. But thats something that cant be avoided
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall I was very happy with Turbo Tax and what it helped me accomplish in filing my 2014 taxes.
What's great about it: I liked the questions that lead me through filling out the information and helps if I needed more details.
What's not so great: Diffficult to figure out how to handle the cleargy housing with 1099 R

It would tell the line but not the page.
What's great about it: That it was able to put in information from last year
What's not so great: It was a mess to try and go back to find where the errors were

It was OK. I do not like the order of asking for income when I have go thru all the W-2 questions when we are on Social Security & only have that as income.

Quick and Easy

I was impressed with how quick and easy it was to file my taxes, especially since I used Turbo Tax last year and all my information carried over. It was a snap and almost made filing your taxes fun.
What's great about it: Walked me through step by step
What's not so great: Sometimes felt too thorough, asked some unneeded questions.
