Simple to file

The program was easy to follow. My only complaint is that you have a fee for deducting the state e-file from the refund. This should be provided as a courtesy since we paid so much for the program to begin with. I quickly switched to the credit card option to avoid this fee.
What's great about it: clear step-by-step instructions

Smooth Sailing

Even though I have a law degree and have taken taxation courses myself, it was still a relief to see the ease with which one can navigate these federal tax forms. The instruction language was simple and direct, in large part, and only became slightly more complicated if you needed additional information about a particular topic.
