Aware of the problem of the Deluxe software not covering stock transactions. Not a problem for me this year as I had no taxable transactions. Apparently, not handled well given the public outcry. I was surprised I had to pay additional for state filing.
What's great about it: Easier and cleaner every year
What's not so great: Concerned about information breach.

Error Corrections

I've used this product for years, but continue to see lack of useful definitions w/ the error correct feature. The single line items referencing obscure cell, page or doc references are of little value. As in years past I've recommended a screen shot to go along w/ the error correction for more accurate and detail explanation of what is being corrected and why the error occurred in the first place. I've found in most cases its a transfer of known data from year over year or from Fed to State causing the errors.
What's not so great: Error correct feature continues to be useless

I've been using Turbo Tax for many many years and as long as the support and user friendliness remain i will continue to use it. I like the ease of going from one screen to another with no difficulty. Keep up the fantastic support and product ... and by the way, this year 2015, you ensured by communicatging with the customers via email every step of the difficulities with the product, Thank you, your integrity remains fully intact with me and millions of other users I'm sure. You didn't lie or try to talk around it, you told us it would be fixed and it was, quickly..

TurboTax saves money

I have used TurboTax for many years. Most years my returns are very complex, involving mulitple jobs for both my wife and myself. Income from Retirement, Social Security, and other sources. Many categories of deductions, and expenses.
TurboTax always has the correct forms available and easy to understand Help screens which can answer unusual or confusing questions.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Product

I like that my information from last year is downloaded and I don't have to redo all of my information. Walking me through each section helps to be sure I don't miss anything. Mistakes are caught and can be corrected at the end. Have used this product for years and will continue using it for years to come.
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you through each area, checks for mistakes before sending

Love TurboTax

I have been using TurboTax for 8+ years and I'll keep using it because it is so easy to use. I love the way it sucks info from last year into the new year so I don't need to type in everything each year and yet confirms that there are no new changes. I also love that it compares last year to this year so I can see if there are any glaring mistakes I might have missed!
