It would be a convenience if a state E-file was also included or an option in the software. Otherwise, the software served its purpose.

Turbotax for Graduating Student

As an annual user of TurboTax, there still remains "hidden" questions that, unless the user knows something is amiss, will end up paying extra taxes. The 1098-T form should question the user more about education tuition paid during the year.
What's great about it: Very Easy step by step process
What's not so great: Hidden questions not asked. Must know the tax laws.

This year for the first time I have been very disappointed in your program. For one thing, why are you thrown into print preview that will not print instead of a direct line to print documents. Extremely frustrating. You need a preview choice or no choice to directly print.

I had to contact Turbo Tax by phone because of missing forms. It would be better to have the software updated prior to putting it on the shelves for purchase.
What's great about it: User Friendly
What's not so great: Some forms missing and unable to electronically file State.

Harder to find the deluxe to purchase. Seems like the FREE side has been expanded. Been using TT for about 30 years.

I have used TurboTax for 7 years now. If state file is advertised as free it should be free. I saw it was free for the online addition but was disappointed to find that I had to pay out of pocket for it!! Not sure if this will persuade my future with TurboTax or not
