Better than Working Hard

I have always done my own taxes and started using Tax Preparation programs shortly after they were available to the public, My returns have increased in complexity over the years - limited partnerships, rental property, stock trades, Retirement income, Social Security, IRAs, 401Ks, etc. With TurboTac it has gotten easier and easier over time as the complexity increased.
The hardest part now is reading all the information from the printed documents that contain the input. And, even some of that has gone away. I have noticed that as time went on, I quit checking all the nuances of how the calculations were done. I'm to the point that I don't even worry about what the program does. I enter the numbers, answer the questions and file the return. And that brings up filing the returns. Originally I printed the return, read it all, and filed the whole thing.. Then I started printing a copy for me, reading it all, then filing the "numbers." The electronic filing has become so easy that I use it now; have to force myself to print a copy for my files. TurboTax is o easy to use, so intuitive, and so easy to navigate we forget how complex and nightmarish the whole tax process really is.

What's great about it: Veryu detailed, very easy to follow guieded entry, simple, straight forward, absorbs and hides all the complexity.
What's not so great: initially confsing to add skipped items or experiment with "what ifs." after initial guided entry.

So Simple!

I've been using Turbo Tax for 2 years now and this year was even easier! They saved all of my information from last year and I just had to input my new deductions. So simple and easy to use!
What's great about it: Easy and guides you through

I am retired from military and I made an error about my wages and finally realized I only needed to complete the retired section.
What's great about it: Easy of use and completeness of use.
What's not so great: I was confused at first by income status.

it would be nice to tell customers that if they don't pay for it before finishing, by October 20, the system deletes it.
