I like the product but I wish there were not any hidden charges. I want to pay up front for the cost of everything. I don't want to be nickle and dime'd at the end of the entire process.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Navigation tools were useful to find specific forms
What's not so great: Hidden cost of e-filing the state return

I used Turbotax for years, last year I used a different one. I am glad I went back to Turbotax

Pretty Darn Easy

All in all a great product that makes filing your taxed relatively painless ... other than seeing the taxes one pays!
What's great about it: Great interface, love the guided approach combined with the ability to review anything I want when I want.
What's not so great: Automatic import of financial information was easy, but should be indicated as "captured" on the form where it is used.

I have been using TurboTax since 2000. It is easy to use, fast and explains every detail of your tax return completely. I save money by using TurboTax and get my refunds very promptly.

I was a little disappointed that it could not find my 2013 tax return. Other then that it was a lot easier then other programs I have used. I will use it next year, and I hope it will find it then.
What's great about it: nice and easy

Best refund that we have ever gotten

Super easy, just love it.
What's great about it: The program knowing all of the new laws.
What's not so great: NONE
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
