TurboTax filing is simple and easy

This program is so simple anyone can do it. You just answer the questions and fill in the dollar amounts. If you are not sure of the question there is the help button that gives great explanations. I finished my returns is less than 2 hours and filed them with both the federal and state governments with ease. I recommend this product to anyone not using it now.
What's great about it: Asks all the right questions to ensure you get the biggest refund..
What's not so great: This year for the first time you had to get turbotax delux to itemize your deductions.

Problems

I'm confused. I have used TurboTax for years, but this year I have found 2 problems: There was no place to enter my Capital Gains and Losses, or the little business related deductions we have taken in the past. Also, there was no instruction sheet for where to send my housekeeper's 1040A to the Federal Govt. What happened to this wonderful program this year???

The preparation is easy to use and comes out as advertised.
Hard to print return because it all goes to Microsoft Word.
