I assumed the Deluxe version came the same way as last year. I was surprised when I had to buy a state. Last years version allowed one free state. This in fact raised the price quit a bit from last year. Disappointed I had to buy a state. Next year will shop other programs with a buyer beware attitude.
What's great about it: Simple like last year and walks you through all of your steps
What's not so great: Change of versions from last year

I love TurboTax!

I love TurboTax because all you do is answer questions, and they tell you right where to find the answers. Plus there are help buttons all along the way. Doing our taxes only takes a short time and we are confident that they are done right.
What's great about it: Simple, fast, and accurate

Confused and tired

I have used TurboTax for several years now; however, this year I found the directions and instructions a little confusing and not enough information or guidance in certain areas. The federal wasn't too bad, the states more difficult.
What's great about it: everything done in one place at one time
What's not so great: not enough guidance or explanation

I can.t get the program to run on my computer. I had to change computers and that meant I had to input all new information. I had a hard time with it last year, but it did work. I don't think I'll be using it next year.
What's great about it: I've been using it for years.
What's not so great: It won't download forms on my computer

I used Turbo Tax for several years with no problem or expectations of a review in previous years. Don't like that it is required.
What's great about it: Easy to use and can download LY info.
What's not so great: I have to do a review
