Easy peasy lemon squeezey--quick and painless

My husband usually files our joint taxes, but this year I filled in all the information with his and TurboTax's expert guidance. It was a breeze and I learned it's not so difficult to file our taxes and wait for our refund.
I appreciate the fill-in-the-blank style of your tax program. Thank you Turbo Tax for empowering me as a woman and guiding me through this process!
What's great about it: Ease & guidance through the process
What's not so great: took awhile to get back to charitable deductions to add more

Great product

The only thing I noticed that could be improved is that every time you finish a step, like reviewing deductions, you have to scroll down to the bottom of the page to go to the next one. It would be nice if there was a button at the top of the page to go to next, or if the program positioned you at the bottom of the page after each sub step was completed. Hope this make sense!

File with Confidence

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I am always confident that it will correctly prepare my taxes and maximize my refund. When I am done, a quick e-file and I can walk away from start to finish within a few hours.

Easy way to get the details

the summary lists for different section should have something different then "start" - once you click on "no" or "does not apply". It just makes it easier when going back over the section summary. all of the "starts" make you think you forgot something - even though it was already reviewed as not applicable to the return.
What's great about it: walk through features let you catch all the required data
What's not so great: "start" on the summary list is confusing

Printing issues with your new program

Followed your directions. I wanted to email my Fed Return but mail by US Mail my State return. Everything went fine until I wanted to print the state return. It was quite frustrating to say the least. I inspected my printer, and even went into another program to see if I could print from there...no problem. After I emailed my federal I was unable to print my state return. In frustration I emailed my state as well. Even though I did this I could still not get a preview copy or print the return. Ugh!!!
What's great about it: Still enjoyed the ease of use.
What's not so great: I do not like being left without a printed copy
