OUTSTANDING

OUTSTANDING PROGRAM. EVERY YEAR I USED TO DREAD DOING TAXES. BUT THIS PROGRAM MAKES IT EASY AND DARE I SAY FUN!
What's great about it: EASY TO USE & HAS FINAL REVIEW WITH CHANCE OF AUDIT
What's not so great: SOME TAX FORMS ARE HARD TO UNDERSTAND.

2015 Product

The 2015 product is not as good as years past. The product took 100 steps backwards. Could not download the state product. It would not file the Federal and State product without having to call. When you did call you would have to wait for a call back 2 hrs later.
I was told the old product would be in place next year. The past years product was great. No sot the case for this year.
What's great about it: Transferring General Info went smooth
What's not so great: E-File Both State and Federal

I liked that Turbo Tax gave me the option to understand what decisions would be best for me. I also liked that Turbo Tax was less expensive than going to a tax service where I don't understand anything expect the bill. I also liked that Turbo Tax helps to educate me on my taxes. Thank-you
What's great about it: I liked how simple it was to figure out my taxes.
What's not so great: The Forms were hard to locate.

SOOOOO EASY!

HAVING USED TURBOTAX FOR MANY YEARS OFF AND ON...COMPARED TO THE LAST 3 FILING YEARS THIS WAS SO EASY FAST...FROM SORTING MY DOCUMENTS (I COLLECT THEM IN THE SAME PLACE ALL YEAR LONG), LOADING THE SOFTWARE AND E-FILING, WAS LESS THAN 2.0 HOURS.
AND THE AMAZING THING...I HAD NO LESS INFO TO INPUT THIS YEAR OVER LAST, WHICH WAS ABOUT 3.5 HOURS TO DO THE ABOVE.

What are they going to do next year?

I did not realize that they had cheapened up the "Deluxe" version until I had already purchased it. If I had known before I would have purchased a competitors software. Luckily TurboTax saw the light and decided to include what had always been expected. I will be more cautious next year and make sure it includes everything before I buy.
What's great about it: Easy to use just like it has been for a lot of years.
What's not so great: Threatening to provide less capability for the same price.

Once again I had a great experience filing my taxes. It went very smooth and I get the refund I was expecting.
What's great about it: User friendly, quick and easy information from the help line.
