Turbo tax is the best option to use when it comes to filling taxes.

Good overall

Last year TurboTax automatically pulled up all previous charitable deduction groups. This year each had to be entered ; that was a little surprising since the previous version was working very well. Go back to that portion of TurboTax, please! Thank you.
What's great about it: all in one place info
What's not so great: being in two separate states this past year was alittle confusing for state taxes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

No need for a third party to charge a processing fee. Skip this step.
What's great about it: Software is fairly easy and does the work for you
What's not so great: Processing fee option is an unwelcome surprise

Turbo Tax 2014

Overall very easy to use - navigation very smooth.
Disliked the filing process - Selection of any thing but electronic was not self evident - Trial and error.
The Not Common income entry for 1099_SA not very straight forward - had to back track several times to get it right
