Easy Peasy

I use this every year. It's easy, self explanatory and helps me get the best refund possible. Will continue to use.
What's great about it: Seriously easy to use
What's not so great: Only allows 1 state prep, I live in a free e-file state.

Turbo Tax 2015

I have purchased Turbo Tax for the last three years and this is the first year I cannot print a copy for my records or to file my state return! i have tried saving it to a PDF file and yours is the only one that will not print. I have spent up to a half hour with trouble shooting and the only response is "software problem." When will this be fixed so I can finish filing???

Overall a good program and easy to use; most importantly can be done a home and does not require going to a tax service.

Needed Receipt

Was not able to print receipt when I paid for state e-filing with my credit card. I was able to do so last year. Why was I not allowed to do so this year?
Did not receive an Electronic Postmark-Certification of Electronic Filing for my state return which was e-filed at the SAME TIME as the federal return.
