I have used Turbo tax for YEARS and never had difficulty like I had this year. .Over the years the information flowed nicely but this year I had a tough time even finding a way to print copies of my returns. I know that I am not a computer whiz but this was simply not set up as simply as it was in the past several years. It was in fact a pain in the (insert your word).
What's great about it: Nothing !!!
What's not so great: Really difficult to follow this year

TT is the best

I have been using turbo-tax since the 80's and have never had a problem or been unhappy with it's performance. The walk me through it approach asks all the right questions and makes it easy to go back and make changes.
I would not use any other tax prep program!
What's great about it: seemed easier this year
What's not so great: none I can think of

Simple and Easy to Use

Simple and Easy to Use. Used Turbo tax to guide me through (instead of picking my own path). Although most situation do not apply, the tool was very thorough and gives good explanations of each item. Great Job!

Turbo Tax is convenient and priced fair. I feel comfortable hitting the submit and file button each time because year after year turbo tax has not let me down.
What's great about it: Convenient
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

IT IS SO EASY IT MAKES ME NERVOUS.
What's great about it: JUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS
What's not so great: THIS YEAR HAVING TO ESTIMATE MY OWN LINE ITEMS ON DONATIONS

Simply done right

My taxes aren't hard, I use TT to keep me up to date on tax law changes. If I can save a little money on a tax break or not paying a penalty by doing the taxes right the first time, so much the better.
What's great about it: Easy, Fast, with Help on the side if needed
