Overall, TurboTx is a solid product and I have come to rely on it year-after-year.
What's great about it: Takes the fear out of "weird" and often complicated forms
What's not so great: TurboTax sometimes forgets where it is at and will leave a form incomplete, and this causes file review errors.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Great Program

I love working with TurboTax. It is by far and away the easiest way to do my taxes. The step-by-step process assures that I complete my taxes in the correct manner. This is a great program.
What's great about it: Easy to follow steps. Instructions are good Help is actually helpful.
What's not so great: None.

Another Year's Successful TurboTax Experience

I have been using TurboTax ever since the 1990's, at which time I was also a Beta tester. This year's program is perfect for someone like myself with simple [retirement] sources of income, and no significant unusual situations. Quick, easy, yet thorough, it met my every need and once again allowed me to be able to [pre-]file my return, or at least transmit it to the holding "cloud" awaiting final filing with the IRS.
What's great about it: Easy, fast ,detailed way to file for simpler returns
What's not so great: May not suit those with major investments, rental income, etc.

Improving every year.
What's great about it: Quick with transfer information from previous year.
What's not so great: It didn't like my SDI amount. I had to put in a lower amount than actual.

This is probably the 6th year I've used TurboTax. It's so easy!!! You get walked through EVERYTHING & if you have any questions at all, the help tools are right there!!! I will never use any other tax software!
