So far so good. I did not find it difficult to go through the different screens. Everything was explained very clearly and understandable.
What's great about it: I liked the questions and being walked through. Very clear.

Very pleased with the experience. I've had my taxes done for many years by an outside agency, and decided to try TurboTax this year. Very glad I did!

I like the ease of using the software. I was at a loss a couple of times because I was filing differently this year and I couldn't find answers so it made it a little more stressful.
What's great about it: I like being walked through the questions
What's not so great: I had to pay for both state returns since I bought the software. If I had used the free software, I could've filed free

I have continued to use TurboTax for years the product has only improved and I would use nothing else to complete my tax returns.

Beats a Tax Service

Everything works well up to the point of filing. I choose not to e-file my state return because I don't want to pay for it. To print the form out is not difficult, but the default is to receive a debit card instead of direct deposit like the federal. Finding where to change it in the software ran me in circles for more than an hour because I could not even complete the federal e-file. (Keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet.) The past six years I have not had the difficulty finishing both the federal and state returns I have experienced this year. I think the TuboTax package has taken a step backwards this year in this regard.
