Rocked My Refund

Love using Turbo Tax. It's step by step preparation is easy to use without taking a long time. I like that I can do this in my own home versus having to make an appointment and paying someone to file for me.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: N/A

So Easy with TurboTax

I am very cautious to be sure my return is correct. I am 75 years old and have never had an audit. And I do not want one. I review my audit at least three times and TurboTax allows me to locate exactly where I left off or need to review.
What's great about it: Enter the data - no math involved
What's not so great: Takes more than a minute to load. It took 90 seconds

Turbo Tax is the way to file taxes

Easy to use. Support is great if needed.
What's great about it: Very smaart, checks all needed information to assure the forms are correct. Easy to use.
What's not so great: Would be easier to use if the pages had a back button instead of having to go out and start over.

Great product. Makes an arduous task into one to which I look forward (especially when there is a refund). I would highly recommend it to anyone.

OK BUT....

FOR SOME REASON IT DIDN'T FIND LAST YEARS INFORMATION AND ENTER IT SO I HAD TO RETYPE IN EVERYTHING. I EASILY FOUND THE FILE IN THE SAME FILE TURBO TAX FILE SO I AM AT A LOSS AS TO WHY IT DIDN'T FIND IT.

Glad Turbo Tax decided to "make it Whole" the Deluxe version. I've been using Turbo Tax for years and years and was disappointed in the CHAGE to the Deluxe version.
Seemed very sneaky not to announce in BOLD that the version had changes. Came across as "greedy"
Glad the company decided to do the RIGHT thing.
