Good product

This is my first time using TurboTax. I normally use a paid preparer but my Mom asked me to do her return. I did not want to read all of the instructions and get back up to speed on how to file and this was the ticket. Yea.

I enjoyed using Turbo Tax, and will use it again next year. It imported my W-2 directly from my work places electronic pay stub system so I did not have to manually enter the information which made it so easy for me and less nerve wracking as manually entering w-2 info can often lead to errors. it also helped me find deductions that I might have missed so I would get my full refund back.

Did my taxes in 20 minutes.

I think I've been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years now. This year, all of my W2 and investment information was able to be imported directly. Granted, my taxes were very simple this year, but it only took my 20 minutes to file. That included the time I spent digging to find my real estate tax bill, so really couldn't have been easier. I think it was easier to quickly skip to the places I knew I needed to enter information than it was in previous years. The ability to compare this year's return to last's and being able to quickly review a PDF of the return before filing gave me peace of mind.

I feel Turbo Tax is great for simple returns as mine is this year . In previous years , it was a little more complicated and Turbo Tax worked fine . I used to use Tax Cut more years ago . I was not satisfied with it . There were too many glitches in it .
What's great about it: It is great for simpler returns and prepared for more complicated returns .
What's not so great: There was not that much I didn't like .

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and it makes filing taxes very easy. I like how it imports federal info into my state tax return.

We have used Turbotax to file our income taxes for many years. Our employment situation is fairly simple and straight forward so the software makes the filing process painless and easy to understand. They walk you through the process to make certain you have covered all possible deductions and credits. We highly recommend using Turbotax to file your income taxes.

Tax filing made easy!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. The software pulls the previous years information and populates the current year, to make input so much easier. The software takes you step by step, with information available every step of the way. And e-file is as simple as a couple of clicks.
