Best program for taxes

I used to go to a tax preparers office and then one year I decided to compare them to this program. Turbotax found me more deductions (and extra $400) then the tax professional. I filed a revised form and have used Turbotax ever since (10 years now).
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: None for me.

turbo tax is as easy as they come for ease and usefulness. I have been using since 2009, the only thing was retrieving last years info did not work but still able to do all work.

I HAVE HAD MORE PROBLEMS THIS YEAR BECAUSE OF THE HEALTH CARE PORTION OF THE PROGRAM. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THAT SECTION. PROGRAM INDICATED RETURNS WERE READY TO TRANSMIT AND WERE REJECTED TWICE.
What's great about it: NONE
What's not so great: HEALTH CARE SECTION HAS BEEN A BIG PROBLEM.

Easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax since it first came out and I believe it is the best software on the market for filing returns. Ease of use, helpful tools, walk thru menus - the best of the best.
What's great about it: Walk thru process
What's not so great: none

Easy to Use

We've used Turbo Tax for several years. Like the easy follow-through guidelines and access to questions, if needed. Pulls over the information from the past year, so it takes less time to fill in entries.
What's great about it: Guides you through the process -- easy FAQs right there
What's not so great: None

Very convenient

I really like the software and consider it easy enough to fill out your taxes. It also explains your worksheets and items you may not know you qualify for. Our only issue this year was buying the cd software and the computer we used didn't have a cd slot. We had to figure out a way to install it, which took some time, but eventually got it to run. Taxes are filed!!
What's great about it: Easy and convenient
What's not so great: A little difficult to install/download when you buy the cd software

TurboTax 2014

Most steps work well; however printing my second State form does not seem to work. All I can get to is the review forms and then TurboTax wants to exit. still trying to figure out how to print for filing, as PDF has a water mark that indicates it not for filing!
What's great about it: Filled in necessary fields and made the processing relativily painless
What's not so great: I have two States to file, one has to be prnted and all I can get to is the review documents,
