What's great about it: seems to get easier and easier every year I use it. I like that it tells me what last year's numbers were
What's not so great: none that I have found

E-filing taxes

I wanted to get this in as we are getting bad wind over night and I didn't want to lose anything. I never had problems before with sending e-file.
What's great about it: I received our pins and tried to e-file.
What's not so great: Got to the part where I wanted to put credit card in for e-file of state tax and it said program cannot display web page

easy to use and forgiving of mistakes

turbotax is easy to use and simple to follow. gives you plenty of time to find the information that you need. lets you go back and correct errors even after you file. my only complaint is that i would rather pay for the program at the point of purchase and not be charged additionally for the state and extra security.
What's great about it: walks you completely through the whole thing
What's not so great: wish that my purchase price covered all of my tax needs

I liked it. Overall a really great product.
What's great about it: More than I expected to get!
What's not so great: I wish it could have bookmarks so I could find where I was just at.
