I've been using TurboTax for several years now. I've tried others, but no other Tax software has as good guided experience. Other Tax software help is lacking as well.
What's great about it: Love the guided experience!

Simple, Easy Tax Filing

Quick, easy and simple to use. Maxed out the refund. Intuit is very clear about fees assessed for audit protection.

software is great, the website, not so much...

when going to the website, I thought that I could simply use the software web-based, I found then that I would have to re-enter all information from previous years when I still had all my info stored on my PC.
Then I opted to just download the software. it was not easy to find, it kept wanting me to file o the web.
those options should me more clear-cut and precise. All I wanted was to Download the software so I would not have to drive to the local store.
I cant even write a review without a pain in the but! My "nickname" can't be TOM?

Patient Program

From a human standpoint, the program is patient. Several times it took me about 20 minutes to find pertinent information.
Allows you the comfort of doing your taxes at home where ALL of your information is. When having someone else prepare your taxes they will only put in the information you give them. TurboTax will allow you to explore every possible opportunity to receive your maximum refund.

Good job, TurboTax!

Great job, TurboTax! I wasn't going to use TurboTax this year after reading about the changes made to the product. I am so pleased that the company listened to its customers! I waited until after February 7th to buy this year's tax software so that all of the forms would be included. It was as easy to use as I remember and their responsiveness to their customers will keep me coming back.
What's great about it: easy to use; fast!

Rocked my REFUND

This is my 2nd year using TurboTax and it's the best thing I've ever done. I'm sold on this product for all future filing periods.

I know my tax returns are not as involved as others, but this is at least the 7th or 8th year in a row that I've used Turbo Tax. Thanks for keeping it simple and easy.
