Yet another successful TurboTax experience

I keep coming back to TurboTax year after year because of the ease of use for the software, the thoroughness of the process to extract the maximum refund, and the plain language used to explain the process.
What's great about it: Thoroughness of the process, breaks down the legal-speak of the IRS and Feds into real world language
What's not so great: Still have to pay additional to e-File state return

It did my taxes well but it wouldn't let me efile or pay via credit card.
What's great about it: nothing
What's not so great: wouldn't efile kept telling me I had no internet but I'm on the internet

Generally very good

It would be a quite a bit easier in several places if the list of things had the ability to sort by name and/or date, with the charities list being one of the key ones to me. I give to many (too many probably) charities, and not always the same ones as last year. My accounting program can sort by name, but it can't sort by the order in TurboTax, making it time consuming to make sure what I've donated gets entered.
What's great about it: Easy to do data entry in most places
What's not so great: Inability to sort things like the charities list
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I am thankful that, a product like Turbotax, is available to cut through the nightmare that doing ones own taxes has become.

What's great about it: The ease and built in guidance was superb. Took the tom-foolery of Taxes and made it easy.
What's not so great: Need to separate the choice to file by mail or e-file a little better. Only issue I had and that a small one.
