EXCELLENT PROGRAM --- I'VE BEEN DOIN MY TAXES FOR 25 + YEARS (YEAH FIRST 18 YEARS OR SO WERE ALL PAPERWORK IE THE FORMS!# SO I REALLY LIKE WHEN I CAN CHECK BACK TO FORMS TO CHECK AHEM MY WORK #REALLY CHECKING THE SOFTWARE)... SO FAR NO COMPLAINTS !!!
What's great about it: EXTREMELY EASY NAVIGATION
What's not so great: NOT MUCH BUGS FROM PAST ARE LONG GONE!

HAVE NEVER DONE MY OWN TAXES. WAS SCARED. TURBO TAX MADE IT EASY. I FEEL SO SMART!

Some of the screens instructions were not clear. It made me very antsy about whether or not I was entering the data that I was supposed to. It needs to be proofread by someone other than a Tax/Computer professional. A street layman could tell you what is right or wrong about the instructions in a few short seconds. A professional will not see the goofs as quickly if at all.
What's great about it: Very thorough

I do think that when the fraud started grabbing hold, you should have sent an email or letter to your customers about the fake emails that were appearing asking customers to validate information - let them know they were not coming from you officially. The one I got came in my spam mail.....but I know that you people never ask for information like that.
