Great Software

Very easy to use. I used the Guide Me option. Everything you need is right there as you go along. Efiling was easy too.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: Takes too long to load.

I've used Turbo Tax each year beginning with the 1997 return. I am happy with the process. I live in Tennessee where there is no state income tax. I'm sure Turbo Tax can recognize this and not ask at the end to help me with my state return. Surely you would not try to sell tax preparing software that can't be used.

Quick and Easy

Turbo Tax was very easy to use and "patient" while I looked up passwords and financial data.
What's great about it: Filling out my taxes has never been easier.

Have been using Turbo Tax software for over 15 years without any problems. This software shows improvements from year to year!
What's great about it: Easy to follow steps throughout the entire program.

it would be helpful if on the website knowledge base you would say the version of TurboTax the questions/answers are applied to.

My e-file return was rejected due to a wrong IRS PIN Turbo Tax dropped the 6th digit. I have to mail my return due to this problem.
What's not so great: Would not maintain a 6 digit IRS PIN
