Used 14 Years straight and never a problem

Once you have answered questions within a section, the review should not take you to the very top. You have already reviewed all of those sections. It should just go back to the section you were just adding details to. Very frustrating!
Life changes below need to include loss of a spouse. That is certainly a "Life Changes" event.
What's great about it: Good Process, questions make sense and allow quick responses.
What's not so great: Every rollup of a section starts at the very top of the screen.

Not Military friendly

This was by far the most difficult way to file my taxes. Turbo Tax needs to come up with a better way for married filing joint federal returns to also file separate state tax returns. The directions were beyond confusing and extremely difficult to understand. I will not be using this service ever again.

had to borrow a laptop \since my mac os was to old.
now its on windows (oy) the ipad app was bout 80% but couldnt access some things and had to abandon that route!

Easier Now than Ever!

I've been using this product for years. Getting through the program has not always been easy. However, this year was easer than ever.
What's great about it: Easy yet thorough.
What's not so great: Sometimes, but not often, the help section is not very helpful.
