Annoying to buy Fed and State and pay for it, and then have to pay again for electronic state filing. Just ask and charge up front!
What's great about it: quick
What's not so great: just charge 1 price up front for EVERYTHING!!!!!!

Great Product

Put the options of the free federal e-file and printing of my state return to be mailed less of a hassle. Thank you.
What's great about it: Easily walks one through federal and state return.
What's not so great: I purchase the disc. Federal return free and the state is not, so I need option of print/file my state to be easier.

Finally a refund!

I have used Turbo Tax the last 8 years and have been very happy with the expertise. Usually have to pay due to being self employed but now that I am retired, this is the first year in many that we get a refund. Its about time. Thanks Turbo Tax for making it easier to file your taxes yourself.

Sometimes entries are not good at telling you exactly what section they are dealing with especially in medical. you enter amount in one place and find where you should have entered it farther on and on joint returns is it total or just one persons info. Overall, very satisfied. State return is confusing to me with no rationale for structure
What's great about it: step by step
What's not so great: Help a bit flaky and doesn't fit all circumstance
