Fairly easy to follow intructions

A larger and easier way to send quick E-mails for specific questions on tax forms. I don't want to guess and them have my refund held up.
What's great about it: Easy step by step buttons
What's not so great: Need an easier and more obvious way to get help.

Satisfaction as usual

Even faster than last year. Love the direct deposit/direct debit features. I should have my refund in days, judging by past experience. Always glad to have the task finished.

Simple to use

I spent too much money on the software where I'm finding it offered free now. It is very simple and easy to use but for what I paid should have included free state file. I continue to print and mail because a stamp is much cheaper than the charge to efile state.
What's great about it: Use year after year, simple and user friendly
What's not so great: For the cost, it should include Free State Filing

I was a little afraid of this years. Seemed more complicated from when I first started using Turbo Tax in 2006.

Great Turbo Tax Experience

What's great about it: Great Directions by Turbo Tax
What's not so great: None this year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy and complete

I have used Turbo-tax for years. When there were stories about the fraud returns this year they took control and fixed everything fast. I did not loose any confidence in the service.
