Filing Turbo Tax now for 6 years

What's great about it: it gets easier every year i do it thanks
What's not so great: It takes so long but,, not too bad
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Peace of Mind

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and feel very confident that my taxes are prepared accurately and that I have not missed any important deductions. Any questions i have are covered, it's easy to switch back and forth between forms and worksheets and I can prepare my return at my leisure and easily make any corrections or add information.
What's great about it: easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: none

This is the 4th year for Turbo Tax. I have nightmares about all of the years I did this with a pencil and calculator (and made mistakes.) Thanks TurboTax. See you again next year.

Too simplistic

I have enjoyed using Turbo Tax over the years and it has been a good resource. However, after running into a few non-standard issues this year, it simply could not handle them correctly. Now, I guess I'll just have to complete my forms by hand since the computed values are wrong.
What's great about it: Prompting for items in plain English
What's not so great: Incorrect computations
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
