My refunds went very well

I have been using Turbotax for several years. They have been very well every time.
What's great about it: Turbotax went very well
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy and stress free

Turbo Tax is a life saver for me as I am not a math whiz or an accountant! The easy to follow steps make me feel secure in knowing I am not making any mistakes. I appreciate getting the biggest refund possible!
What's great about it: I like the walk through for each area-helped me focus on information that was needed.

One small glictch

TT reported last year's state refund incorrectly. I verified correct amount from TT's pdf of state tax form and from bank deposit record of previous year. Choices for entering why number differed were: state changed amount after filing, I changed amount after filing, and it's correct. None of those choices were accurate.
Otherwise, I very much like TT and have used it for many years.
What's great about it: easy to use. Simple.
What's not so great: incorrect amount of last year's state refund

5 star rating! Been using Turbo for years now. Taxes are painless with Turbo tax!
What's great about it: It was quick and loved the feature of importing last year's tax info.
