Easy to use

Have used Turbo Tax several years now. Very happy with the ease of use.
What's great about it: Easy to use, quick, has everything I need

Charitable Mileage

I standardly drive the same mileage to/from an organization, but occasionally have a different destination. I maintain records of total annual mileage driven but am unable to enter that figure. I have to manipulate the entry in order to report the correct mileage - divide the actual mileage by the standard trip length, then use that figure as the number of trips driven.
What's great about it: Generally Entry of Charitable Deductions is simple
What's not so great: Actual Mileage Total not able to be entered.

Very straight forward and simple to use. Does not automatically add previous years refund but still a great system. 5 years in a row now!

TurboTX for 2014 TX Yr

Although still user friendly, the cut-back in some areas provided less information than previous years. I imagine this was to streamline the process ... but 2013 version was better.
What's great about it: Same user friendly format
What's not so great: Didn't have everything the 2013 version had
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

That first information form they ask you to fill out. Hate it. Should not be asked to fill out every time you enter turbo

Too easy!

Thanks for keeping the cost low on this fantastic product... totally worth every dime!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax tax the fear and anxiety out of filing your own taxes because it holds your hand through the whole process.
What's not so great: Can't think of any! Updates tend to take a bit to install... but, that's about all of the negative I can say!
