Outstanding as Usual

I will continue to use Turbo Tax. It is very easy and user friendly. The company continues to update the service and even admits to mistakes and makes the necessary changes. You just don't see this happen with companies these days.
What's great about it: Walks you through every step of filing

Easiest filing I have done and I have done TurboTax for several years. The trick is to get all of your information, deductions, etc together before you start. Straightforward - no hoops to jump through

somewhat frustrating when trying to get sales tax calculation and trying to transmit for hours.

Easy enough for a 5th Grader

After loading the software on my computer and getting all the updates I found this year version very easy to use. I had about 90% of my documents needed and I put everything in and filled the rest with educated guesses. Doing this does two things for me, One it get most of the work done the first time around, Second as I go thru the process answering questing I remember things I forgot and this allows me the ability to research my records for those missing documents and usually by Valentine Day I have successfully completed and filed my income tax. Finally I do a dry run for next year and I set up a budget based on what I believe my tax liability will be.
What's great about it: Software worked perfectly.
What's not so great: I liked everything.
