I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have never been disappointed with the results.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Not enough info on retired federal employees in computing your taxable amount , line 16b.

FAST BUT CONFUSING SOMEWHAT

My Father passed away June 14, 2014. Iive done his taxes using Turbo every year for the last 8 (eight) years. However, due to the new health care Tax law I was totally confused because it made no sense whatsoever for my Dad. He had health insurance with Regence Blue-Cross all year until he passed in June, yet your program acted like he didn't have any insurance at all even though I filled in 6 calendar 'boxes'...
You need to have some of your programers walk through that portion, insert the info about a few months of insurance even though he/she passed and see what happens. Thanks !!

What's great about it: NICE, CLEAN, INFORMATIONAL SCREENS !!
What's not so great: ONLY THE HEALTH INSURANCE "THING"

Already filed my taxes

I find this program easy, simple and very accurate to use. I've used it for over 15 years and never had any problems or issues with the IRS or Turbo Tax. I recommend it to all who ask me about taxes or tax information. Unless there is a very serious problem I will continue to use the product.
What's great about it: Best tax program on the market.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been a user of Turbo Tax since 2006 and have had wonderful success. I stopped using an accountant to begin using Turbo Tax and have never looked back. I will continue to use Turbo Tax as long as it is available to me. Turbo Tax is affordable and I just love the product. I have nothing negative to say about your product.
