should have it go right to the next questions when you hit enter, stop the scrolling down,....should only scroll when you change subjects. Don't have the "yes" box check box marked yes all the time...let us be able to enter it ourselves.

Easy and Fast!

I loved using this program! It made the process much easier and was a breeze to go through. One thing I did not understand was the rounding but after researching that it is fine to do, I was confident in the program completely. It gives you all the details and calculations at the end which is useful in double checking your own work and it seems to all check out. I have to say that I received more on my return than I ever did through a tax professional my parents would go to. I am thrilled!
What's great about it: No questionable tax professional and Easy instructions!
What's not so great: Have to look up some information

Turbo Tax

I have been using turbo tax since they first came out. I don't have many deductions, but I like the way the software walks me through each step. Turbo Tax maximizes my deductions and minimizes my anxiety with their audit review. I highly recommend this program and will continue to use it again next year.
What's great about it: Very Easy to Use. My taxes take only a few hours to complete.

Turbo Tax is very easy to use I like how they can take a lot of the previous years information and transfer it over so you don't have to keep entering it year after year.

What's great about it: Reliable product over the years-few exceptions
What's not so great: Exclusion of Audit Defense didn't work even with web page instructions-expect refund of charges

Low vision users

I have been using Turbo Tax since the DOS days. I love the way it works. But there are a few screens that pop up, starting with the "we need to save your info" that are smaller than full screen and contain small text. I read with a magnifying glass, but even that didn't help much.
What's great about it: Love the main progrsm
What's not so great: Some screens are very small and can not be enlarged
