Done in no time at all!

I've been using TurboTax since 1995. I wouldn't use anything else! It's thorough, complete, and easy, with no "legalese" to get through.
As an added bonus, filing a State return is a breeze, since the program imports most of the necessary information from the 1040 Federal form.
What's great about it: TurboTax asked all the right questions, which allowed me to sail comfortably through my taxes in about 2 hours.

Peace of Mind

I have used TurboTax for the last three years; besides saving the money I used to spend with the accountant, TurboTax is quicker and gives me peace of mind that it was done correctly. I once paid a guy (who was going to get me a BIG refund) then found out he gave me extra children...geez! Scary! With TurboTax, I know the work is correct and I've done it properly.
What's great about it: step by step guidance
What's not so great: just dealing with the taxes...not with TurboTax

Makes Taxes Easy!

I really like the turbo tax product. It makes doing my taxes easy. The information transfers readily from last year, and the prompts help me to enter all the needed data. It is especially helpful that it checks my taxes for errors and lets me know my audit risk. The only thing I would suggest is that more information is still needed regarding health savings accounts. The information on the 1099-SA doesn't always correspond to the questions on turbo tax. I also had a problem previewing my taxes before I filed them. I just couldn't get to the right screen.
What's great about it: transfer information, asks the right questions to get you thinking
What's not so great: print preview didn't work correctly

Been using TT for at least 10 years and EVERY year have to learn a whole new system. This year I can't print a darn thing,
want to preview on hard copy and have just installed Adobe for the 3rd time and yet cannot print anything. I have to save as a PDF, then attach PDF to an email to my wife's address and then print that attachment from the e-mails sent folder. Not the way
to do business, why can't I print?

A Terrific, Comfortable, Professional Tax Program.

Turbo tax is a delightful way to deal with the anxious task, of filing an IRS Income Tax Return. It is easy to read and follow. It allows for review of possible errors along the way. It is comfortable and confidence building. It asks the right questions in an understandable format. It keeps a continuous summary running to show your totals. It enables you to switch to the IRS forms at the click of a tab. It is comprehensive. You feel as though your accountant is standing next to you and coaching. I have used the program for many years and been very successful in accurately filing my Income Tax Returns.
What's great about it: Easy to read and follow, many opportunities to review and correct, friendly program, comfortable use for many years.
What's not so great: None
