State returns still rough around the edges

can be a long wait time to ask questions. Also is was hard to find some of the line items that I had to manually enter.
What's great about it: information transfer
What's not so great: I had to override and add several things manually dealing with my state forms.

TurboTax Works Great

The TurboTax process seems to get faster and smoother each year. Moving directly from the Fed into the State is nice. I also appreciate being able to use and reuse the reviews from time to time.
I would really appreciate more and/or better suggestions to avoid such a high payment due for next year.

I'VE FOR MANY YEARS NOW AND HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. ALWAYS GET REFUND. ANY ONE CAN USE THIS.
What's great about it: SUPER EASY AND AFFORDABLE
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Not Bad...Plenty of Room for Improvement!

Overall experience was positive utilizing Turbotax software. That said, I believe both state and federal e-filings should be free....don't charge for one and not the other. Also had to delay filing my return due to multiple cases of tax fraud between Turbotax and the state of Minnesota. Lastly, Turbotax should provide more timely answers from the so called "tax experts" when questions are posted by paying customers online at Turbotax.com.
What's great about it: User-friendly software for the most part
What's not so great: Both state and federal efiling should be free, delayed filing due to tax fraud, answers not always readily available

Ending questions

At critical points in this form, (like my State Return & "print forms" options), when selected, I get a blank form window, and it locks up my computer, and NEVER does the selected function! It will NOT let me do anything except get totally OUT of that function! I have NEVER had this trouble with Turbo Tax in previous years! I am also concerned that my return was NOT completed accurately! I have NO idea, because I cannot get a print-out of my return! Nothing along that line works!
