I CANNOT MAIL MY STATE TAXES

I finish my taxes and I can e-file my state taxes but I cannot print my state taxes to mail. There is a DO NOT FILE sign on the copies I am printing to mail.
Turbo tax is promising the possibility of mailing but it is not letting me do it.

Could not get copy of State tax to mail

Turbo tax worked fine until I wanted copies to file by mail. I got the fed but theState had do not file all over it. I couldnot print a copy for the State . I do not E-file and I know others have had the same problem. I had to get the State forms andfill them out by hand . Very time consuming. I wouldnot recommend people that file by mail to get Turbo tax. Other years I had no problems

we have used turbo tax since 2009. this year it did not automatically renew due to a card expiring or something. we paid for deluxe on the front end and premium on the back end. we will probably be going back to h&r block. totally disappointed after several years of recommending your company.

did not have any business expenses this year, kept asking me for car info over and over.
What's not so great: didn't want state tax e-filed,did it anyway.

Incomplete Software

This year's version did not have the state return standard in the software. In the past, the forms could be printed and mailed. Very disappointing and will likely be using another company's software next year.
What's great about it: Federal Tax Return Software
What's not so great: No State Return Software in Deluxe Version

Very Disapointed

Been using TurboTax Basic for many years. Couldn't file same basic information as previous years. Couldn't handle some forms, unless I upgrade to the Deluxe for $30.00 more. Sneaky way to force a price increase. I will try another company next year....

Bad year for Intuit

The 2014 program took a lot longer to load and for sections to come up. Then there were the constant updates, After eight years with Turbo Tax, this will be my last. A very bad program this year !!!
