Excellent program have used for years

Excellent program for filing taxes. Easy to use and walks you through every step. I have used turbo tax for a number of years and will continue doing so.
What's great about it: easy to follow

Very Frustrating

As usual the Turbo Tax seemed to be very easy to use...however, I had questions about 1 form and I as a lay person could NOT figure it out!! Very very FRUSTRATING!! I really just wanted to file the taxes and expedite the refund and I went round and round with the Turbo Tax info. What is helpful for people of my age is to be able to speak with a live person!! I am not of the "electronic age" enough to be able to navigate to get answers. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING!!
What's great about it: Loved the transfer of info from previous years
What's not so great: Am old fashioned--would like to CALL someone for help

Did What I Hoped for

I did not feel I had to enter anything except signatures more than one. Good.
What's great about it: autofill fm last year, tie in with quicken
What's not so great: none

easy and simple to use

Turbo tax was simple and easy to use, I have used it for years now, my income and deductions changed this year,and turbo tax helped to compute and calculate the best possible solutions to fit my personal needs.
Turbo Tax onceagain got me the maximum amount of deductions.
I would suggest Turbo tax to all my friends.

What's great about it: walked me through every step and catagory with expllanation
What's not so great: when taking a break, I wish the program would return me to the place and item i was at , not do a from the beginning

Excellent product!

I used to do my own taxes and was pretty good at it. I am now retired with only a pension and Social Security as income, so it should be easier. However, the tax laws in my state regarding federal pensions and Social Security change and the last thing I want to do is make a tax mistake, so this process makes that happen for me. I don't think I will ever "do my own taxes" again!
What's great about it: Ease of use; clarity of instructions; ease in finding reference material
What's not so great: Expense of e-filing

First since retirement

This was my first year of filing since retirement. I dreaded the taxes because of all of the rollovers and withdraws.from my accounts. This seemed to be handled with ease. Next year should be even easier!
What's great about it: Almost too easy to use.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
