I have been using Turbo Tax since it's conception for business and for personal taxes and it has been easy to use in all instances.
I have been audited once but it was minimal, they disallowed my home improvements. I found out this year that I could have depreciated them over time, Instead I folded and paid the difference. OOPs.
Still love the software and support!

Fast and Easy

I enjoyed it this year because all the info, including my pin was transferred over. Cost to buy turbo tax the same as last year also. I won't ever do it longhand ever again.
What's great about it: Fast to do, asks all the questions that are needed and carries over last years information

Equal to Professional Tax Packages

I prepared taxes for a large tax prep firm for 5 years and this software is as easy or easier to use then the packages they use. The questions are as complete and comprehensive.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, quick

should be able to have overpayment withheld from any underpayment.

Bolstered my Bank Account

Every year TurboTax succeeds with easy installation through tracking my refund. This year using (and keeping on top of) Add-To-It kept great track of one of my tax day dreads - itemizing charity receipts. I think it's safe to say I'll be installing TurboTax 2015 in about a year.
What's great about it: Fast turnaround, easy instructions - between Add To It and TurboTax charitable deductions were one mouse click
What's not so great: No upload of last years PDF

This was the first year I have used turbo tax. I will never pay an accountant again. This was so easy (and rocked my refund!).
