I love this program. I have used this for quite a few years, and it keeps getting better. I don't have any recommendations for change, because it is perfect! Saves me lots of money doing it in my home and not with an impersonal tax preparation company. I can also check it several times if I want to!
What's great about it: easy to use. has an explanation for everything.
What's not so great: No cons

I have used this program for year's and this is the hardest one to use to date!! Am not happy with this at all !!!!

So fast and user friendly!

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 7 years, and the program has transferred very well through 4 computers. The data is easily retrieved, and the "old Turbo Tax programs" can be uploaded from the Intuit website (just make sure you maintain your accurate profile). It's a great feature to be able to save PDF's of the filings too. The help feature is pretty slick too, when I have a question the "turbotax community" is quick to offer advice, answers and solutions.
What's great about it: uploading w-2's right into the forms. Reminders of deductions that you have taken in the past, and may still apply.
What's not so great: I haven't really found any!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: Its nice to sit down to the computer in one day and get all of my taxes done
What's not so great: I was worried about Minnesota not accepting Turbo Tax returns this year

Once have added a new year of turbo tax it makes it difficult to access a previous year's file.
What's great about it: Walks through educational credits
What's not so great: We know it is taking longer than minute page.
