I have used TurboTax for ten years now and I will always do my own taxes!!!!! I love this product
What's great about it: Very user friendly, tells you what you need to look for, maximizes returns!
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Wish the software was complete by Jan. 31, not sure what happens if there are updates after I send in my returns.
What's great about it: Easy to use, I have used Tubotax since 1999.
What's not so great: Little disconcerting that I am recieving update as I am sending in my returns.

Good Product

Process was easy to follow and easy to go back to review.
Only problem I had was the Seller-Financed Mortgage Interest did not let me enter a EIN like last year, only could enter a SSN which I could not get.

Best tax program out there!

I feel turbotax is so easy to use. Everything is self explanatory and if you do not understand something you can simply call or chat with a turbotax employee.
What's great about it: Having the option to chat with a representative if you do not understand something.
What's not so great: There are no cons!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's not so great: would rather Pay for state upfront not find it as an add-on surprise later.
