Turbo tax Rocks

I am continually amazed at how easy TT makes filing income taxes, both Federally and in NY
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand
What's not so great: Updates were a bit cranky this year

They fixed it, but the long delay was annoying

I love turbotax in general and use it every year. I thought that this year was really annoying because they didn't originally include all of the tools that they did last year. They eventually fixed the problem and made them downloadable, but it was annoying to have to wait an additional 2 weeks.
What's great about it: Love the ease of use, the questions, and the systematic walk through of all the issues
What's not so great: Did not originally include all the information needed.

Gotta Pay

The TurboTax Deductions & Homeowners software was very easy to use. I was able to find out how much I owe within an hour. This is my third year to use TurboTax and I recommend it to all my friends, or anyone that questions me as to who fills out my taxes. I know of 4 people who have gone to the TurboTax program after I talked with them.

Great Software

I love using this software. It makes filing taxes easier - I could not do it myself without Turbo Tax.
My only complaint is the way I must tab through each section every time I begin a new topic. There is no slider bar to allow me to move the form up so I can click on the continue button. I must use the tab key to move down and display the things that are not displaying.
