I've been using turbo tax for at least 10 years and never had a problem let's hope that will continue in the future.

Taxes 2014

I have used this program for the last 10 years. I find it very simple and easy to keep all my records in one place. Very easy to see the different break down and increase my refund. I would like to see a different break out for per diem while working out of state.
I would recommend this program to everyone.
What's great about it: Ease and use of System
What's not so great: I would like a break out to enter Per Diem while working out of your home state which I do roughly 300 days a year.

2014 Taxes Completed

I cannot imagine having to revert back to a manual preperation. TurboTax is great and makes very good use of my time by its simple approach to doing my taxes. Every year my taxes seem to get more complicated, but I do not really mind because the product makes it easy to complete the process.
What's great about it: Software Continues to Improve and is Simple to Follow
What's not so great: No Cons
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Re-Loaded, All the Speed You Need

Makes good on all its promises, 5 yrs running. Takes you by the hand through each step, with the option to navigate yourself. At the end, it allows you to print out ALL the calculations for your record sake, for the skeptic in all of us.
What's great about it: Accuracy, & ease-of-use
What's not so great: none encountered
