Nice and Easy

I did my taxes for the first time this year. It saved me a lot of money and was easy to use. I did not understand everything that was on the turbo tax but i did my best.
What's great about it: Very helpful, very detailed.
What's not so great: Did not understand some of my options

Even my husband can do taxes
What's great about it: Guides you through the entire process

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Use of Turbo Tax

Very easy to use program and has been a great benefit over the years. Keep up the good work. Makes preparing taxes much easier than previously with forms and pen.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and helpful.
What's not so great: None at this time except would be nice if State taxes couild be e-filed at no charge.

This is a good service if you dont have many deductions.

It charged me additional fees after I brought the software. I don't like this. Plus State shows that I didn't transmitted it to them.
