Your product makes doing taxes so straightforward and pleasant. What is a very intimidating chore is completely manageable with this software. I've used it for nearly 10 years, and plan to stick with it in years to come.
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Taxes done for another year!

I found this program to be really easy for me. However, I did have some confusion when completing the charitable deductions section of the return. It asked me to put the name and address of the charity and it didn't provide a box for the name. I will definitely use Turbo Tax again next year.
What's great about it: Easier than expected.
What's not so great: The donation/charity deductions were difficult.

Great software.. with a few kinks

Overall, a simple and thorough program. Imported W-2s simplify the process greatly. My only real gripe is that my wife was a paper carrier over 2 years ago. I simply can not remove paper carrier from the list of income. This wouldn't really be a problem except it keeps making you review all of the missing information. Line by line. Over. And over. And over. At least 7 times by my count. At the very beginning of the process, you are asked if any of your information has changed. It was easy enough to remove one form of income. However, when removing the paper carrier income, the program told me that it simply couldn't do that. It seems a little ridiculous that in 2015, such a simple task is impossible.

Easy as always

The turbotax simplifies the tax return chore. I finished mine with itemized deductions in less than 2 hours.
What's great about it: Simple menus, logical progression, good prompts

Turbo Tax is king!

I have been using turbo tax for the last 10 years. I never have any problem as long as my inputs are correct. It is so easy, step by step process. I checked out other tax softwares, turbo tax is second to none. I have also help filed my family members taxes, thru turbo taxes and saved them lots of money. Thank you turbo tax, you made my taxes simple for me and my family.
What's great about it: It is beyond easy... .step by step, no brainer!
What's not so great: none (p.s.) make sure all your inputs are correct. check and double check.
