Done with Turbo Tax

Done with Turbo Tax, my state tax returns have been delayed over two weeks because my state will not accept Turbo Tax returns currently....bye, bye Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Not much anymore
What's not so great: My state is currently not accepting Turbo Tax returns due to fraud concerns.

Increase Financial Literacy

I have used Turbo Tax since 2011 after my tax person retired. I learn more each time I do it and now am more attuned to the tax laws and other changes that could affect our family's financial health.

I really want get any other Tax to prepare my taxes.
The ease of doing TurboTax can't be beat. I know I can go on
line to do my taxes without purchase, I feel more protected for
come reason. Turbo lets you check and recheck your work.

I really can't say enough about these TurboTax. You don't have to add or subtract Turbo got it. And they will get you every penny that can get you, by asking questions to make you thank of what you have left off that could help you get more money back on your taxes. Thanks to the Staff!
What's great about it: The ease of question that was answered just by asking.
What's not so great: I had to input more than other years separably.

Pulling in information from previous returns makes it a snap. Just enter in new numbers, adjust line items as needed. I'll be back next year.

I've been using Turbo Tax for 20 years. It's easy to use, thorough, and full of answers to my questions. Wouldn't use anything else.
What's great about it: SImple to understand and thorough
What's not so great: Charge for e-file of state return

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, and always have had a great experience, this year was no different, The only issue was how long it took to enter the non-cash charity donations, for 2015 we will take advantage of the it's deductible tool.
What's great about it: Helped me to get the best refund.
What's not so great: Took a LONG time to enter non-cash charity donations.

Format doesn't change so it's easier to use each year. Never did have any problems from the first time I used it. The help section has always pointed the way to answers for whatever I needed.
What's great about it: easy to use, good help section, easy to navigate through
