Owned it like a Boss!

The software is incredibly easy to use and understand. The prompts are useful and give you all the information that you need to file your taxes. Covers all deductions and explains what they are and if you are eligible.
If I can do it anyone can!

State Not Included Anymore

I've used for over 20 years. Time to find new program. I don't want to do online or have to buy Fed & State separately. When shopping for best price I look for one price for both.

FIRST e-FILE

Seems a little over long but needs all those questions to cover so many situations. Overall fairly easy to use and understand. Had to fake extension request to add payment (already) sent w/ extension.
What's great about it: Large print easy toread
What's not so great: missing form1065 for royalty investment

only way to go

I rarely feel like there is any good customer service anymore but I was blown away with the support I received on the phone with Don. He was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful overall ! And I was a panicked user and was well taken care of. Way to go !
