Quick, Easy and Reliable

I have used Turbotax for many years now and I find it easy to use, taking you through each category. I have never had any problems (knock on wood) to this point.

I've used TurboTax for several years now with no issues. It's easy to use. I'm sure if my tax situation was a little more complex I might consult a Tax Professional but for me it's a good product.
What's great about it: I like that the software shows me areas of concern
What's not so great: It could easier to get answers to questions than searching an FAQ
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I use TurboTax every year and find it simple, complete, accurate and I get very rapid refunds.
What's great about it: very thorough - nothing overlooked

TURBO TAX 2014 REVIEW

THE HARDEST PART OF THIS YEARS TAX PREPARATION WAS DOING THE PREPARATION IN PULLING ALL THE PAPERWORK AND PUTTING IT IN ORDER. ONCE THIS WAS DONE, THE PROCESS WAS VERY EASY BY JUST FOLLOWING THE STEP BY STEP PROCESS AND FILLING IN THE RESPONCES FROM THE PAPERWORK.
What's great about it: ITS VERY THOROUGH, ACCURATE AND COMPLETE
What's not so great: CONSIDERABLE REDUNDANCY, TENDS TO SLO THE PROCESS DON
