Great process

I love using Turbo Tax. It really simplifies the process for me and if very reliable to me which gives me piece of mind.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Very user friendly.
What's not so great: Didn't see any cons.

It helps to ask simple questions that I can understand. I like the help buttons that are available each step of the way.
What's great about it: It walks me through step by step
What's not so great: I still have to do taxes (No dis on turbo tax)

Love Turbo Tax!

We are do-it-yourselfers by nature so Turbo Tax works for us. It's pretty straightforward. You literally input some date, answer several questions, and you're done.
What's great about it: Fool-proof
What's not so great: One item did not match the drop down boxes

Always Simply Wonderful!

It has been 3 years since we used TurboTax as we lived overseas, but this year was just a pleasant an experience as it was 3 years ago. The Help section is wonderful. The step-by-step progress through the tax filing process is very easy to follow. We will be using this every year.
What's great about it: I love that it talks you through each step & the forms.
What's not so great: Sometimes unusual circumstances are not as plainly described.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved
