Quick and Easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years, and each year the software is more user friendly, even as tax returns get more complicated.
What's great about it: Guided tour allows you to review all segments of the tax return.
What's not so great: Program is getting expensive

Easy to use, Good, short explanations with more details when requested.
What's great about it: Excellent formats. Easy to follow directions.
What's not so great: missing some reasons why deductions were not allowed.

turbo tax is so easy to use I can't believe everyone don't use it. it is the only way to file your taxes

Highest Refund Ever

I have been using Turbo Tax since the 80s. It was great then and better each year thereafter. That I can also do a couple of extra returns for my kids is even better.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, straight forward.

Thanks -- I appreciated all the hyperlinks to click on for help -- it clarified what the program was telling me -- and saved me from making some mistakes that I definitely would have made if I hadn't clicked on the help text.
