Minnesota had Issues with Turbo Tax then Direct Deposit info wasn't inputted till after the reviews & was confusing. Did Call per State issues & phone was pleasant for calling a busy call center.
What's great about it: fairly easy
What's not so great: Issues with state

Very smooth everything transfeered in effortlessly
What's great about it: efiling pin was much smoother this year
What's not so great: none you all got it right this year
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It went very smooth. I did have to go back and add expenses for my second child, I wasn't prompted/cued to do so.

2014 Success

Seems I paid more for less computing. However, I did not need the additional returns/documents to file. So, still satisfied with end product. Would like to use the web/cloud portion but not enough education is available so I keep buying the software with a physical disc.
What's great about it: Easier than years past.
What's not so great: Got more for my buck in previous years from Intuit than this year.
